I think my angelfish ATE my crab?!?
I HAD a crab in my tank, one angelfish and three little tetras, and over the past week, each day I went to feed them I noticed the crab had one less leg. I had no idea what was going on (I’d never had a crab before). Yesterday he was down to just 1- today he has disappeared. My water level is 3-4 inches from the top of the tank and it has a cover, and there are no plants that poke through the surface: so where did he go? There’s no way he escaped, especially being the handicap he was.
Do you think my angelfish ate it, one bite at a time? Are they known to be aggressive? I think I’m going to rename it Hannibal.

Angelfish are chiclids…. chiclids are well known for their agression.
Watch your tetras as they will probably get eaten as well.

That is seriously funny to me in some sort of way… I guess because the words "Angel (take away "fish") ate my crab"…
Anyway…
Seeing as how they are a larger fish, There is no doubt that that is exactly what happened. Either that or the crab lost a fight with the filter after being attacked by your angel fish.

Possibly, but most crabs sold in fresh water are actually brackish or part terrestrial and can’t live long term in a normal tank.
If it got sick the angel would certainly pick at it. Small tetras are at risk too as the angel gets bigger.

angels are semi aggressive, crabs are aggressive, you would be surprised how crabs get out, but if he was eatin, it was becuz the angel sensed that something was wrong with the crab, injured or sick fish/crabs send of a signal, and then they get picked on, especially when the lights are out

I have a BB but with verizon -however I know this is the same for most if not all carriers… I get charged an additional 39.99 a month for a data plan (which is internet roaming and email) -this is a must have for all BB users. If I were to choose to give up the data plan I’d also have to choose another phone (a non smart phone).

With any other provider you’d be looking at about $80-$90 per month with the unlimited text…

Do Hero Tabs work? I bought my boyfriend some and want some feedback from other guys?
I bought my boyfriend Hero Tabs, and wanted to know if other men got good results from them? I don’t want to give them to him if they don’t work…
Well, i tried herotabs a few times, and dont buy them too regularly, but i have definitely noticed results.
I dont notice results within the first hour or so of taking them, but after an hour or so, and especially the next day I feel like I am 17 all over again. A strong breeze will get me excited, and I stay excited for a lot longer. Its really interesting.
I would recommend them to anyone wanting to try something a little different. Totally worth it.

I need to know if i am doing a Good Job with my chinchilla?!?
i was wandering is i am doing a good job at raising my chinchilla i got him about 4 days ago and he is 7 months and he is super cute and runs all over the place and jumps off the wall it kinda cool. I have a cage for him it has two levels to it and ok size but i mostly put him in there at night i let him run and play around my room a lot and only have to toys for him i have a cardboard box with hole in it for him and a little tunnel i bought him a hammock for him and he sleeps in it i gave him a raisin on the 2 day i had but haven’t since because i heard that there not that good for them so i am not going to give him one for a few day i don’t no what are good treat for them i bought vita prima chin he eats it and it seem good for if and i bought him kaytee natural timothy hay also i didn’t buy bedding i used newspaper i gave him a dust bath and i had to take him out cause i think that he was in there to long he was in there for about an hour i bought kaytee chinchilla dust cause it had good reviews and i got this book and it said you can brush and can clean spot clean with a damp washcloth but i read online that you shouldn’t brush them or really get them wet kind like gremlin lol i clean all the wet spots in his cage daily but i was just wandering if i was doing a good job and doing things right i know that you should give them a lot of treat and they need a dust bath twice a week.and i if you guys thing i am doing something wrong or if you guys recommend anything like treats or dust bath,toy…ect thank you
dust bath is a must, get a small box or a bowl for it to roll in. A 12" square plexiglass box works well. Aside from that, they are pretty easy. Feed them the right food, give them a little timothy, and a treat once in a while, they will do fine. Not sure if vitamins are recommended for them long term. I worked in a pet store for years. They are easy animals. Keep the cage clean! Avoid giving them too many random veggies though. Animals have simple digestive tracks and can get the runs easy. ={

Yes you are! That’s great, and oh use volcanic ash in particular, if you aren;t.
Chinchillas’ natural habitats are in volcanic areas, so if you can somehow find the ash and make a volcanic-like rocky sort of spot just for him, then that would be perfect! unless kaytee uses just that. I’m sure raisins are not that bad. but overall, good!
